I had the pleasure to be one of the chosen artists for the two-month glacier-centred residency at SÍM Korpúlfsstaðir, funded by Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture and Stroom Den Haag.
In the end of the residency we organised a group exhibition “…CIER”, curated by Sunna Dagsdóttir. I showed three new small-scale works: stop-motion projection on a stone (“erratic”), set of instruction cards for relating to the glacial bodies and time (“thoughts on thaw”) and a miniature sculpture (“dead ice”).
