To begin with, tell yourself that things are in effect folded propositions. Or the folds of ancient and vanished phrases. Or the solid residues of extinct words.
– Roger-Pol Droit, How Are Things?
A matchbox publication of one of the forgotten languages between an object and a human being. The matchbook is a collaborative work made by the ordinary office chair and the artist, a mutual transformational process of raising awareness put in the form of photos and texts.
The pocket-sized dictionary is personally customizable, according to the weather, sense of humor, limits of the body or proficiency levels in one or the other object language. It can also be used as an alternative yoga guide for meditating on, under and with the daily objects.
